IS SUDSLINGERS A FULL-SERVICE CAR WASH?
Yes. From our Pre-Wash Power Wash to our Soft Cloth Towel Dry, the exterior of your vehicle will be fully cleaned.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A CAR WASH?
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. Also, we now have “VIP Wash Pass” cards.
WHAT ARE THE CLEARANCE DIMENSIONS FOR THE CAR WASH TUNNEL?
A height of 84” with the tire width being no more than 13”.
WILL MY CAR GET SCRATCHED GOING THROUGH SUDSLINGERS CAR WASH?
No! Absolutely not! Nothing in the SudSlingers Car Wash tunnel will scratch, haze, dent, or otherwise damage your car. Anything that touches your car is a soft cloth mitten or a tire brush specially designed to clean the crevices of your rims.
IS HAND WASHING AVAILABLE?
Yes. Hand Washes are available. The hand wash must be scheduled and are done by appointment only.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A 48 HOUR RAIN/SNOW GUARANTEE?
If you purchase our ULTIMATE WASH, you automatically receive a 48 Hour Rain/Snow Guarantee. If it rains you get a rewash, totally on us, anytime within the 48 hour window of the time stamp on your receipt from your ULTIMATE WASH purchase. The 48 Hour Rain Guarantee only applies to the ULTIMATE WASH and you must have your receipt.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A "FREE WASH"?
Just by simply using our car wash and collecting 9 receipts, you will receive your 10th wash FREE. All you have to do is present your 9 receipts to the attendant.
DO YOU WASH DUALLY TRUCKS OR TRAILERS?
Dually trucks or trailers will not fit though our car wash tunnel, however a hand wash service can be set up by appointment through our full service detail department.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WASH MY CAR?
Washing your vehicle once a week will ensure that the vehicle’s surface is being cared for properly. If you go for many weeks without washing your car you may have allowed irreparable damage from acid rain, bird droppings, bugs, or road salt to occur. Contaminants that are not quickly removed can bond to the paint & even etch the paint.
IT JUST RAINED/SNOWED, WHY DO I NEED TO WASH MY CAR?
Washing your car right after a rain or snow is one of the most critical times to wash your vehicle. Pollutants such as sulfuric and nitric acids from automobile, truck, and factory exhaust become trapped in rain drops or snow flakes and this becomes know as acid rain. After the water evaporates, a film of acid is left on your vehicle. With the addition of sun light, the acid left on the vehicle can become so strong it will eat through the car’s finish.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON?
When you would like to redeem a SudSlingers Car Wash Coupon simply inform the attendant on duty at the start of the car wash tunnel and they will take care of your wash experience.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CERTIFICATES?
We do have gift certificates, any amount can be purchased. We also have VIP Wash Passes. Any amount can be loaded and they are always reloadable.
WHAT IS THE VIP WASH PASS?
The VIP Wash Pass is like a reloadable gift card that can be used anytime SudSlingers is open. Simply come to our lobby and purchase the amount you would like loaded on your card, you then use it like a credit card. When $70 is purchased SudSlingers adds a complimentary $15, if $100 is purchased $30 is added, and if $150 is purchased we add $60.
